July was busy. August was even busier.
During August, we completed two large Split Flap Displays for an international school project, using a total of 352 of our 15 × 10 cm split flap modules.
With hundreds of modules involved, there was a considerable amount of assembly, wiring, programming and testing to complete. From module production to final full-display testing, the project took approximately one month.
Despite the scale of the project, both displays were completed smoothly within our standard 20–30 day production lead time.
Before shipment, the two Split Flap Displays were installed side by side in our workshop for final testing. We checked the modules, ran different flipping sequences and made sure the complete displays were operating properly.
We then sent the final testing videos to the customer. They were very satisfied with the result, and the two displays are now being prepared for shipment.
For a project involving 352 Split Flap modules, completing production and testing within 20–30 days also reflects an important part of our work at TS Display: reliable production and delivery capacity for large custom Split Flap Display projects.
