Build Your Picture Flap Display
We offer three standard sizes of Picture Flap modules, which can be arranged to suit your display dimensions and layout.
All three sizes offer the same image clarity and print quality. For the same display area, larger modules create fewer image divisions, while smaller modules produce a denser, more dynamic flipping effect.
Standard Picture Flap Module Sizes
Option 1 — Large Module
30 cm (H) × 30 cm (W) × 22 cm (D)

The large square format creates a bold visual impact, with expansive image areas, fewer visible divisions, and broad, sweeping flap movements. Ideal for showcasing photographs, brand graphics, and artwork on a larger scale.
Choose Large for bold, expansive imagery and expressive mechanical motion.
Option 2 — Medium Module
20 cm (H) × 15 cm (W) × 20 cm (D)
7.9 × 5.9 × 7.9 inches (H × W × D)
More flipping elements within the same display area create a denser, livelier visual rhythm than the large format. Each image transition brings greater mechanical activity, adding a stronger sense of movement to photographs and graphics.
Choose Medium for a stronger, more dynamic flipping effect.
Option 3 — Small Module
15 cm (H) × 10 cm (W) × 18 cm (D)
5.9 × 3.9 × 7.1 inches (H × W × D)
With the most flipping elements within the same display area, the small format creates the most energetic and visually intricate transitions of the three sizes. The dense interplay of individual flaps makes the mechanical movement itself a striking visual feature.
Choose Small for the most intense flipping effect, with movement as the main attraction.

300 DPI Printing Resolution
Artwork is printed onto physical flaps at 300 DPI, clearly reproducing photographic details, graphics and text.
Artwork Template
Tell us your display size and module layout, and we’ll send you the right template to prepare your artwork. Use it to size and position your images correctly for printing.

Designed for Reuse
Picture Flap is built for repeated use, beyond a single event or campaign. Replace the printed flaps and rearrange the modules to use the same display across new exhibitions, brand campaigns and venues.
Replace the Artwork
Refresh your display with new printed flaps while keeping the existing equipment. Two options are available:
- Printed by TS Display: Send us your new artwork. We print and ship replacement flaps for you to install.
- Printed Locally: Have replacement flaps printed locally, then cut them using our cutting template and install them yourself.
Reconfigure the Layout
Rearrange the modules into a new layout to suit a different space or event. Combine a new configuration with updated artwork to give the same display a fresh look.
Free remote technical guidance is available when replacing flaps or reconfiguring modules.
