Project Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Founded in 1972 by Professor Ferdinand Alexander Porsche, Porsche Design celebrated its 50th anniversary<\/a><\/strong> in 2022 with a worldwide campaign honouring the brand\u2019s history, present and future. The anniversary programme included special products, international events, exhibitions and retail presentations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the anniversary retail campaign, TS Display manufactured seven large-format Picture Flap Displays<\/strong> for Porsche Design stores in Germany and the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The displays were installed in Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt and D\u00fcsseldorf in Germany, as well as Costa Mesa, Beverly Hills and Aventura in the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Placed inside prominent retail windows, the mechanical Picture Flap Displays became part of Porsche Design\u2019s anniversary storytelling. Through coordinated flipping movements, the displays helped present the brand\u2019s 50-year evolution, anniversary milestones, eyewear campaigns, product photography and seasonal visual themes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Selected for an International Retail Project<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

During the supplier selection process in 2021, the project team evaluated suitable Picture Flap manufacturers internationally, including companies in the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TS Display was ultimately selected to manufacture and support the seven display systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Being chosen for an international project involving such a recognised luxury brand was both an honour and a major responsibility for our team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
