Seven Days from Production to Arrival in the UK
The approaching exhibition left limited time for production and shipping. The practical starting point was the flap design: the typeface on our existing flaps matched the customer’s preferences, allowing us to use them directly without waiting for a new round of custom printing.
With this detail confirmed, TS Display moved quickly through production and testing, then dispatched the display by international express.
Production and delivery to the UK took seven days in total. The display arrived in time for the exhibition, turning an urgent request into a completed installation.
A Compact Display in a Locally Made Blue Frame
The customer prepared a blue wooden frame locally, giving the installation a distinctive appearance that suited the exhibition setting. The blue surround contrasted with the black flaps and white characters, keeping the messages clear and prominent.

The display used 24 modules arranged in two rows of twelve characters. With an active display area of 30 cm high × 120 cm wide, it provided a compact format for short messages, including “LIFESPAN RISING.”
Physical flipping movement and the familiar mechanical sound brought an extra dimension to the booth, making each message change part of the visitor experience.
From Factory Testing to the London Exhibition
The project videos show the display being tested at TS Display before shipment and later operating at The Longevity Show in London. Together, they document the finished equipment both before dispatch and in its exhibition setting.
